It can be quite challenging to switch between Amazon Prime accounts on Vizio smart TVs. Though it is not too difficult, on most Vizio Smart TVs there is no option to switch profiles, and when you select profile, it goes straight to the home page.

How To Switch Prime Video Profile On Vizio Smart TV?
Although in the above picture you can clearly see the Profile Picture option, this is not true with all Vizio Smart TV models and the issue mainly affects the users who have chosen Vizio Smart TV models that do not have a Profile Picture option.
After trying several options, I have found some steps through which you can switch between different Amazon Prime Video accounts on your Vizio TV in which the profile picture is not visible.
Steps to switch between Prime Video Profiles on Vizio TV
- Open the Amazon Prime Video app on your Vizio TV
- From the top, select the current Prime Video account
- Next, choose the account person name
- Next, you will see a header bar go to the gear icon on the far right
- If you choose that, you will have the option to sign out, and then you will be able to sign in with another account.
These steps make it easy to switch between Prime Video Profiles, though I am expecting that Amazon will make it better and change the UI so that the process becomes more intuitive.

I’m still having trouble casting my prime video account to my Vizio TV from my Android phone.
Hey Mark, either try to directly install Prime Video App on your Vizio TV or clear your TV’s cache and do not log in to Prime video and proceed with direct casting from your Android Phone.
For changing Amazon Prime profiles on Vizio, there is no ‘current Prime Video account’ on the top bar. No profile picture, no gear, nothing relating to the account on the top bar.
That’s right Ray, You can switch the profiles through the above-mentioned methods until Prime Video brings this accessibility feature back.
