- Start by unplugging your router from the wall outlet.
- Allow it to rest for about 4-5 minutes.

The internal settings of an App may sometimes conflict, and this is sometimes the case with the YouTube App that is installed on your TV.
The conflict could be due to an outdated App version, cache issues, or any other network setting on the App that is not automatically updated.
Usually, when you reinstall the App, it clears all settings and sets them to factory default, which gives you a freshly updated App leaving behind all software bugs from previous versions.
- First, Go to settings on your TV.
- Select YouTube from the list of apps.
- Choose the ‘Uninstall’ option.
- Now, Go to Apps or search directly for “Youtube” on the Home screen
- Choose the “Youtube App” from the list and click Install.
- Now, After opening the app, play some videos and log in only if it asks you to do so.
Now, you should be able to use the Youtube App on your Vizio TV without any trouble.
If the problem persists, which is quite rare until the Youtube server is down or Vizio TV is having some trouble, move on to the final step.

If none of the above steps works and you still see that Youtube App is not working as it should be on your Vizio TV, it’s time to Hard Reset your Vizio Smart TV.

- To begin, turn off your Vizio TV.
- Unplug any devices that are connected to your TV.
- Remove the TV from the power outlet as well.
