Step 1: Reboot the Device

Samsung suggests you try two things. First, cold boot your TV or what’s called a restart on other brands.

That means you turn off the power to your TV for about five seconds, then turn it back on. This clears out its memory—the cache—which might have become corrupted.

I have found it works on TVs from other brands too as well as on other devices on which it appears.

Luckily, It worked for many Disney+ users. Sadly, it did not work for a few. If this is the case for you, proceed to the next troubleshooting solution.

Step 2: Uninstall & Reinstall App

Just like with all apps, things can go wrong sometimes and the first step didn’t get it sorted.
